State Sen. Marc Pacheco, D-Taunton, met this week with representatives of environmental groups to discuss a bill he has introduced that would create stricter recycling guidelines pertaining to elimination of municipal sold waste.
Pacheco spoke about his Massachusetts Global Warming Solutions Act at a legislative forum held at Emerson College in Boston.
